I am committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all aspects of my practice. I recognise the importance of preventing modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation, and I fully support the principles set out in the Modern Slavery Act 2015. Although, as a sole practitioner, I am not legally required to publish a slavery and human trafficking statement, I consider it my professional duty to ensure that my practice does not knowingly engage in, support, or benefit from modern slavery in any form.
In particular:
I do not tolerate any form of forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation in my business or in the services I procure. I am alert to the risks of modern slavery within the immigration and asylum context, and I take care to identify and safeguard vulnerable clients. Where appropriate, I will make referrals to the relevant safeguarding and support agencies if I suspect a client may be a victim of trafficking or exploitation. This statement reflects my ongoing commitment to ethical practice and the protection of vulnerable individuals.
